Produced from Roditis and Muscat varieties

Characteristics

Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of around 17°C, followed by maturation using the cooling method. The color is soft – light lemon with greenish highlights. The nose is expressive with fresh floral characters prevailing and subtle aromas of lemon peel and citrus. The palate is characterized by balance with flavors that follow those of the nose and a sweet fruity aftertaste.

Food Pairing: Can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif, paired with fruits or finger food, and all Mediterranean summer flavors.
