At Agios Georgios in the valley of Atalanta and at an altitude of 450m. we cultivate the great French varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Syrah. The calcareous-clay sloping soils, the cool currents from Parnassos to the sea of ​​Evia and the large temperature difference of day and night dropped a top ecosystem with the perfect ripening of the grapes.

Stems over 30 years old produce extremely low yields of 500 - 600 kg / acre and we strictly collect the highest quality grapes.

Alcoholic fermentation and very long extraction take place in stainless steel tanks with perfectly controlled conditions. Full malolactic fermentation and aging for 12 months exclusively in new high quality French oak barrels, in the underground cellar of the winery.

The wine is deep and impenetrable black-red color with a complex nose dominated by dense, ripe black fruits such as ripe plum, berry and wild cherry as well as notes of cocoa and spices. In the mouth it is rich and very concentrated with plenty of fruit and well-made tannins. Its aftertaste is rich and long with a long aromatic duration.

It has a great aging potential.
