ATTICA - GREECE

The winery of the Georgios Lafazanis family constitutes a well-equipped wine-producing unit today. Starting in the early 1950s by the traditional family wine press, nowadays, it houses all the necessary modern equipment for the production of quality wines.

THE PRODUCTION AREA

The production area and the modern bottling system at the winery follow all the hygiene and safety requirements, as provided by the applicable Quality and Safety Management System, certified according to ISO 22000:2005.

THE BOTTLING

On the bottling section we have a modern wine bottling system where it follows all the hygiene and safety requirements, as provided by the applied Food Quality and Food Safety Management System, certified according to the standard ISO 22000:2005.

THE CELLAR

The underground area of aging and preservation of wines, consists of French oak barrels, 225 and 300lt, while it is always at constant levels of temperature and humidity.

THE LAB

Our winery has a fully developed oenology laboratory, where our oenologists, from the very first stages, monitor in detail the course of the wine. Carrying out oenological analyzes is the valuable tool that helps us create a safe, unique and high quality wine.

LOCATIONS

The winery’s strategic geographical location allows us to harvest grapes from top wine-producing regions in Attica, Boeotia, and the Peloponnese under optimal conditions, with the goal of creating quality wines and showcasing the gifted Greek land.
